Hello Backers,

We hit 100% fulfillment today which includes all remaining orders and order replacements so far.  Only one person had not paid their shipping and I decided to pay it forward and get them their package as well.  We have counted out 20 of each pact stone to keep back through the end of the year in case there are any replacements needed, but the remainder are now available on Pact Stone Eldritch Blast d10s Djinn style – The Arcanist's Armory (arcanistsarmory.com).  Email us at [email protected] if you want to discuss adding rings but we will generally sell without the ring going forward due to the incredible time and effort required to manually add them coupled with the mildly varying quality in results.

Thanks for your support and we are so happy that even with this campaign, the closest one has come to missing a promised deadline since we took over from Steven, we are over 2 months ahead of schedlue :).  We are very greatful for all your support and faith in our work.  

There are now 2 weeks remaining in the Halloween campaign and with stretch goals we have unlocked $10 of free items (the tac pack pdf and a coin of choice including an option for a black mimic coin for the holiday!) for every backer with other higher tiers getting even more included.  Check it out if you haven't yet :)

Hello Backers,

We hit 91% fulfilled today with only 19 orders with rings left in the shipping queue plus 2 repaired orders after that.  We are super excited with the progress and all signs pointing to completion before the December deadline!

For those that haven't seen it yet, our Halloween dice project is now live and has fully funded all but the last 3 stretch goals :) With under $150 to go for the next one.  Halloween dice sets and other items are being given away to backers every Monday till the holiday.

Requested update and option to receive outstanding order sooner

Hello Adventurers,

We are excited to announce that  only a few dozen orders remain and all of the remaining orders have ringed dice.  We have been receiving overall good, but some mixed feedback on the rings as can be seen in part bellow:

Through the whole process we have been open that the rings are a manual process and subject to vary a little as part of that.  Where the dice come premanifactured with the groove every one must be wire wrapped instead of using a jump ring because forcing jump rings on will scratch the dice and still result in gaps.  Including email feedback with the public comments, about 60-70% of backers that get rings are fully satisfied and happier that they got the ring for added aesthetics, 20-30% wish that they were more perfect but like them and are happier that the dice have the rings than if they didnt, and only 5-10% have said they would prefer that the dice came without the ring.  We are not issuing refunds for orders that had rings and were shipped, though we are still happy to deal with any orders that arrived with major scratches etc if people with concerns email us at [email protected].

That said, if your order is one that hasnt shipped and you decide that you would like your dice without rings, you may email us and I will get your order shipped within a week or two of confirming removal of the rings.  We can also refund those orders for half the cost of the addon since we had to buy the materials but won’t have to put in the time on your specific order.  For example, if you bought a 4 ring pack for $15 we can refund you $7.50 and ship the order without rings if you choose to request it.  Remember that even if you skip this offer, your package should ship within the next few months before the December deadline.

Finally, if you did not order a ring and have not seen your package or shipping information please feel free to reach out and we will look up your information for you.

Still chugging along and on course to finish on time

Hello Everyone,

We have gotten a few requests for update so here we are.  We have 51 packages left to mail.  The EU/UK fulfillment center has sent all orders on their side as well.  51 packages left leaves us at 77% fulfilled.  We were hoping to be done a few weeks ago, but our main crafter started getting wrist pain from the continual effort of putting the rings on.  We have received great feedback from buyers and here are three things to note to keep expectations in line: 1) the rings are a little lighter than the sample rings in color because we had to buy a different gauge metal in bulk to make them, 2) there tends to be a small gap between the ends of the ring that can’t really be done away with because the rings have to be put on by hand after the fact where udixi could not get them added in the manufacture process without damaging the dice, and 3) the earth d10s are a little less lusterous than the samples were (apparently something to do with how glitter settles in big batches vs small runs).  They are still glittery and a few backers have liked the new form ones even better, but I want to pass that on so people know what to expect.

Overall people are very happy with their orders as they come in, and even giving our crafter a chance to rest and only doing a few packages a week we are still on course to finish before our promissed fulfillment date.

Hello everyone,

We have had a very busy pair of weeks recently including that shipping is now officially under way for both Pactstone d10s and sneak attack d6s.  EU/UK packages are on their way to Wordforge and you can track that package here:

Everyone else be watching your emails for shipping confirmations or if your shipping did not charge properly please update your card info so we can mail your packages.

So far Sneak attack is 33% fulfilled and Pact Stones are 55% so progress is going pretty well and we are so excited to get these out to everyone earlier than planned :)
