Hello Everyone,

We are excited to show you what some of you have been waiting for.  A huge shoutout to Binary Coco a gaming machinist's shop in  Idaho that we met at Saltcon for letting us go up and use their equipment for a day!  Here are how the tins turned out:

All that is left between us and fulfillment now is charging shipping which we will be doing in 2 weeks on the 15th as long as we can get all the details worked out with backerkit.  Our estimates on kickstarter were amazingly accurate, we were just $.25 under on USA packages which will be $7 and exactly on with international packages at $16.75.  Again the tentative plan is to charge cards for shipping on the 15th.  PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND CARD INFORMATION HAVE NOT CHANGED.

NOTE WE ARE ALSO READY TO FULFIL SNEAK ATTACK which was also just waiting on tins.  If you pledged to both please email us this week and we can combine the shipping and only charge $10 total or $20 for international packages.

Minor delay in cases and rings but still on schedule

Hello everyone,

We are working hard and have finished QCing all of the pact stone d10s by hand and have moved on to getting the rings added to several hundred dice.  With recent conventions, and the https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/arcanistsarmoryllc/npc-character-cards/posts/3770069 project ending in 2 days, it is going a little slower than anticipated so we have not yet charged cards for shipping since just getting the rings on looks like it will take about 2 months but they are turning out really cool!

The other snag we ran into that is causing progress to go a little bit slower is that our laser cutter is not strong enough to quickly etch the silver cases we got and is too strong to etch the moldable foam without catching it on fire.  We got some advice and even a chance to use upgraded equipment from a different factory at the convention we were at and we are looking into getting black powdercoated cases to make the etching work better then getting with them for the equipment.  Even with the delays, we are still on course to finish this project at or before the promised fulfillment date.  Once we know for sure that we can get all of the tins done in a batch, we will charge cards for the shipping.  For now, we are progressing well despite the hiccups and we are excited for when you can get these to your tables.

Hand QCing finished now on to dice wrapping and Boxes and sneak peak

Hello Everyone,

We finished hand qcing the pact stones, and our jewelry maker is super excited to be able to experiment with some of the b grade dice.  Feel free to signup for the jewelry subscription on the website if you want to get in on the action before the new pieces are made ;).

We are now on to wire wrapping and creating boxes.  Production has halted for the last week or so as we prepare for Layton Utah's Salt Con board game convention where we will be the sole RPG room sponsor!  Once we get back we will get you pictures of the stones with the added rings that you have been waiting for!  If you are attending Salt Con feel free to find us at our booth.

We are also launching the newest project with 2 packs of NPC cards to help raise funds for Tail Story Games and Session Zero Games that both lost significant funds off of Kickstarter failed projects.  They have teamed with us to make NPC cards for your tables and they get a royalty on every pack sold to help pay for some of their art etc from their projects that failed to fund.

Warlock Item Decks Ordered and PDFs sent out

Hello Everyone,

We just got the card proofs back for the Warlock decks and have ordered the physical deck prints for the cards.  The PDF file has been sent out to the backers that bought that addon.  As an extra thank you to physical backers we slipped in a promo card with only 100 copies in the 100 decks that are getting printed physically for our new Deck of Many Things full art project.

Let us know if you have a hard time getting the file to open.

For the remainder of the project, we have January booked finishing 2022 tax filings then we will be starting in earnest to hand sort items and prepare rings and cases starting in February.  We just got a new laser engraver which should help with the process.

Happy Hollidays

As promised before, the next announcement of interest will likely come in January, but we are still getting a few trigger happy backers.  As anticipated, there has been no progress on this project while we finished holiday sales and prep and now celebration.  We have the dice and coins on hand and will begin hand inspecting them next month, following that we will begin adding the rings and making the display boxes.  The PDF of the Warlock items is nearly finished and will be sent out within the next 2 months and the physical copies will then be ordered.  Everything is going well and still on schedule.  Cards should charge for shipping to allow us to buy packaging etc in early February and we will likely begin shipping rewards in early May.
